Fuddruckers
Salem, New Hampshire
Jim Boland hired First Access Technologies to help update Fuddruckers located in Reading, Massachusetts. The ultimate goal was to transform the restaurant so it had a modern look and feel. Ultimately Fuddruckers wanted to focus on providing the best customer experience it could.
Our Key Updates
Restaurant Makeover
The overall goal of the project was to provide an excellent level of sound that provided the best customer experience for Fuddruckers guests. The restaurant had not updated its speaker system since it originally opened more that 10 years ago.
Inadequate Sound
The 16 stainless steel speakers that were originally installed did not meet the needs of the newly renovated restaurant. There were not enough of them installed to cover the entire restaurant and provided inadequate sound.
The Solution
We removed 16 existing stainless steel speakers and replaced them with 23 DMX 1525 speakers. DMX 1525 speakers are designed specifically for in-ceiling installation, the CM1525 speaker system features a metal-case enclosure, 5-inch woofer and 3/4-inch soft dome tweeter.
Postive Customer Experience
We not only covered the dining room with great sound, but we were able to place speakers in new places like hallways and bathrooms. With an attention to detail, we painted the speakers black to match the ceiling tiles. Jim Boland was extremely happy with the quality of sound our speakers provided. Our solution met the goals established and contributed to providing a great customer experience.
